Au Tilleul – Intellectual Property

HOTEL MUNIER AU TILLEUL respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

It is HOTEL MUNIER AU TILLEUL’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the account or access of users who repeatedly infringe or are regularly accused of infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

HOTEL MUNIER AU TILLEUL will respond to claims of infringement of Intellectual Property Rights made via https://hotel-tilleul.fr/ (“the Site and/or the Platform”) which are brought to the attention of HOTEL MUNIER AU TILLEUL in accordance with this Charter.

If you are the owner of an Intellectual Property Right, or if you are authorized to act on behalf of such a person, please notify alleged infringements of Intellectual Property Rights made on or through the Site and the Platform by returning to HOTEL MUNIER AU TILLEUL the following Alleged Infringement Notification duly completed, as described below.

Upon receipt of the Notification as described below, HOTEL MUNIER AU TILLEUL will, at its sole discretion, take any action it deems appropriate, including removing the offending content from the Site and/or Platform.

Infringement notification

1. Identify the specific protected work you consider to have been infringed, or – if several works are covered by this Notification – you may submit a representative list of the works you consider to have been infringed.

2. Identify any content that you believe to be infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that you believe should be removed or access to which should be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate such content, including at a minimum, if available, the URL of the link on the Site and Platform from which such content may be accessed.

3. Enter your postal address, telephone number and, if applicable, your e-mail address.

4. Insert the two statements below in the body of the Notification:

“I hereby declare that I consider in good faith that the disputed use of the identified document is not authorized by the owner of the Intellectual Property Right, his agent or the law (e.g. the legal and jurisprudential exceptions of “fair use”).”

“I hereby declare that the information contained in this Notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the Intellectual Property Rights alleged to have been infringed.”

5. Enter your first and last name and sign electronically or physically.

6. Send this Notification, together with all the completed elements, to HOTEL MUNIER AU TILLEUL :
